Summary/Abstract: In the first part the author presents a summary of concerns about land-use conflict between the Romanian localities Rebrişoara, Feldru, Nepos, Ilva Mică and theTransylvanian Saxon ones: Livezile, Slătiniţa, Dumitra.In addition the author publishes a set of 32 documents which highlight and bringnew information into this „historical file”, and which pertain to the period before 1918and after the Union of Transylvania with Romania.The documents show the struggle of the Romanian localities to bring the conflict before the judicial authorities, in order to make a decision, as well as the correctness ofthe decisions made by the Romanian institutions authorized to implement the AgrarianReform in this case after 1918.
