Summary/Abstract: Knowledge economy; the economy in the use of information that serves as the centr information and communication technologies extensively. Knowledge, new technology is the people-oriented and is becoming more important than the other production inputs due to this feature. From past to present living the information revolution as the result of society's information society, the economy has turned into the knowledge economy . Information can be defined as the developed societies.Lifelong learning, knowledge makes it easier to adapt to society. Possible by effective use of technology in education. For lifelong learning; training investments should be increased, the use of computers should be supported. gender equality in education should be provided. The success of the industry and business sectors, is directly proportional to the density of information. Information sector have the opportunity to make more innovative and technological innovation . The purpose of this study; information society, noting the importance of the knowledge economy and lifelong education, information and to emphasize the need for well-trained individuals for the establishment of the community.
