The base of the axiological legal regulation of working time and their implementation in the selected provisions of the labour code

Summary/Abstract: Development on selected axiological aspects of working time regulation in the Polish labour code. At the outset, it signaled basic axiological issues. Further observations relate to the ground axiological individual solutions adopted in the regulation of working time. In particular, the author refers to issues such as the concept of working time, the various systems of working time, periods, overtime. The text is terminated conclusionsde lege ferenda.
