Summary/Abstract: Permanent and unabated interest of the internet users in on-line purchases, constantly encourages further numerous groups of the new net users to take advantage of a vast range of offers on the e-markets. Potential buyers, despite general difference, varied opinions, positions and cultures, subconsciously gather into communities which have one feature in common, namely the reason why they decide to buy on-line. Hereby article presents the most crucial aspects connected with consumer behaviour and all its characteristics. Detailed description of terminology lays the foundations enabling further considerations, creating in thereby the opportunity to deeper analysis of the formulae and notions emerging from this area. Classification of the factors which influence e-consumer behaviour encompasses the key aspects shaping the general profile of the potential buyers of goods on--line. This creates an overall belief concerning particular criteria contributing to the decision making process in e-commerce transactions. Methods of influence appealing to subconsciousness and patterns of behaviour, which are included in each and every advertisement created by a seller and directed at potential buyer, heavily affect the position concerning the selection and consequently, the purchase of the chosen product. Variety of widely understood methods affecting a consumer which exist in the e-commerce, tends to make present techniques modernized, also, to build innovative offers, consequently getting adjusted to potential customers expectations, thus craving bigger profits. Therefore the primary aim of hereby article is to demonstrate the most important aspects of the selected notions accompanied by the reference to current research which enables achieving particular data, with the use of the analysis of e-consumer behaviour, shaped on the basis of the factors and different methods , simultaneously building own techniques.
