Summary/Abstract: In article the author characterizes and summarizes the characteristics and factors of delegitimization of public authorities in the modern world as a manifestation of the “legitimacy crisis” phenomenon. Legitimation mechanisms of public administration system for transitional “transitive” states as one of the key factors of state are also offered.
