Summary/Abstract: The article deals with the problematic issues of the introduction of legal mechanisms in the improvement of communication relations between society and law enforcement agencies. Particular attention is paid to the principles of establishing a communication dialogue. In addition, the work explores innovative approaches to ensuring an effective communication process between the police and the community.
