Summary/Abstract: The referendum (proposed in Romania by the Coalition for the Family in order to forbid, in the Constitution, the homosexual marriage) has shown that, in the public discourse in Romania, there is a collusion between Church and state, an ignorance of the difference between human rights and laws, a confusion between mores and laws.
