Summary/Abstract: This paper presents the phenomenon of hate speech and describes the main risks it contains vis-à-vis the protection of cultural and natural heritage. The author describes the characteristics of acts of looting and vandalism against cultural and natural heritage from both the historical and contemporary perspectives.
