The Concept Of The Common Good In The Work Of The European Court Of Human Rights

Summary/Abstract: The subject of this study is the issues of the jurisprudence of the European Court of Human Rights in the matter of the common good. The judgments of the Tribunal selected by the author were presented, in which the Tribunal defines the concept of the common good. In order to illustrate the specificity of the Court’s jurisprudence, the basic principles of the functioning of the European Court of Human Rights were presented.
