Summary/Abstract: The paper illustrates the economic conditions in which the company operates daily, in particular the emphasis on the political and legal environment, which has one of the biggest influences on the activities of the organization. Paper intention is to show the most relevant economic factors having an impact on the effectiveness of, and to show their importance from the point of view of the entity. Therefore, the main aim of this article is to develop econometric models that will determine the significance of the various economic factors that affect the level of efficiency of the company. To achieve that there were carried out research tasks, such as discussion of the essence of the company’s efficiency and identify external factors affecting it, and to provide indicators and methods of measuring effectiveness.
