Summary/Abstract: About the genesis of the sign. About sense and concept, verbal thought and logical thought. The psychogenesis of language show us that the operations of discourse are not logical opérations. We need a constructivist theory of language if we want to understand the mecanisms of this acquisition. The author weaves together the Jean Piaget’s genetic psychology and genetic epistemology with Gustave Guillaume’s psychomecanics of language. He demonstrates the singularity of the language not reducible to logico-mathematics pattern. Here is the opposition between « operative » and « operatoire », an opposition already studies by André Jacob.
