The complex phenomenon of the intelligentsia studies school of Prof. V. S. Memetov

Summary/Abstract: The article is timed to the twenty-fifth anniversary since the first organiza-tion of international scientific conference on the issues of the intelligentsia studies on the base of Ivanovo State University. The authors consider the complex phe-nomenon of the scientific school founded by Prof. V. S. Memetov. 10 collections of the conferences work materials (2004—2013) are analyzed. The following directions are marked out: the role of provincial intelligentsia in the destinies of Russia; spiritual traditions as the basement of the common global world, and the typology of spirituality; integration of religion and science; the sphere of the vir-tual and the information technology as the key feature of the new global world; crises in the epoch of globalization; global development strategy on the base of various world models
