Summary/Abstract: The article reveals the most urgent problems of the juridical intelli-gentsia of the Ural region on the base of the archive resources and the scien-tific literature. The article discloses the essence, the problems, and the role of «vidvizhenchestvo» in the formation and development of the Soviet justice agencies. The authors focus their attention on the party apparat efforts to the involvement of the workers in the judicial system of the young state. The issues of the workers preparations for the new activities, and their relations with the old specialists are described in the article. The conclusion is made that in 1920s an arrogant attitude of the authority representatives towards an old juridical intelligentsia was formed.
