Summary/Abstract: The paper deals with systematized archeographic data of copies of Peter Chernorizetz’s Address on John Chrysostom’s Story about Fasting to an Unknown Monk. There are comments on the contents and its connection with other known addresses by Peter Chernorizetz. There are also lexicographic observations, glossary and archeographic references of a rarely used in Slavonic manuscript composite - срѣдоградиѥ, which is only found in the apostolic quotation from Message to Ephesians 2:14 or in its paraphrases. What is published is the text of Peter Chernorizetz’s Address on John Chrysostom’s Story about Fasting to an Unknown Monk based on a copy from Joseph-Volotz monastery № 113/163.2(529.2), 16th c. This copy was preferred because there are obvious signs from the Old-Bulgarian protograph from the 10th century in it: retaining the © in the etymological places; syllable-making р and л; dual numerals and so on. These facts undoubtedly support the idea of the authorship of the Old-Bulgarian scholar from the 10th c. – Peter Chernorizetz.
