The Crisis of a Company and Quality of Management

Summary/Abstract: The article underlines the direct relationship between the quality of management and the possibility of a crisis in an organization. It characterizes the issue of an interdisciplinary approach of the sciences of management. The article presents the idea of quality management and the analysis of the components of the individual ideas of quality management. The factors that cause a crisis have the basic meaning in the creation of a crisis in an organization. The article describes one of such factors, i.e. the quality of management.
