Summary/Abstract: Studying the principles and criteria of development and establishment of the Cyrillo-Methodian traditions in the Bulgarian literature, with emphasis on their development in the Epoch of the Bulgarian Revival, the author marks their specificity in the southwestern Bulgarian lands from the second half of 19. century, when creates Grigor Parlichev – bright extender of the transformation of the Cyrillo-Methodian topic in the rhetorical prose / publicism – an unexplored part of the multilateral writing career and public activities of the writer.
