Summary/Abstract: Increasing competition and growing up customers requirements pay entrepreneurs attention to necessity of initiating innovative solutions, which will improve realised processes. Innovation enables progress and makes crucial component of it. Every dynamic entrepreneur or manager knows about the necessity of introducing innovative solutions in manufacturing companies to gain competitive supremacy. To fulfill needs of an individual customer it is required to keep appropriate level of flexibility. High level of flexibility has a sector in which process of transformation the manufacturing base assumes that at each step of delivery, including designing, production, and storage, there are used modern and intelligent technologies of automation. For that reason, the necessity of introduction improvements in companies by product and process innovation, which will improve production and storage processes and enable to reduce costs becomes natural.
