Process organization of freight forwarding of cars

Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article was evaluation the functionality of process forwarding car in selected company. In the paper shows the specific elements of the processes forwarding car. Transportation of cars creates a market niche, so forwarding is done by specialized companies. As a result of the research we found that the process of forwarding car in the audited enterprise requires improvements in terms of: receiving the order of transport, creating lists of transport, circulation of documents, warehousing, creating work schedules employees and determining pricing.
