Summary/Abstract: Parcel machine are available on Polish market since 2009, and their meaning for e-commerce industry is still growing. The aim of the article is to present how this innovative tool influence on courier delivery chain. This article describes courier services market and the parts of e-commerce supply chain. The primary data was collected by using the survey questionnaire about satisfaction with this packet transmission and reception model.
