Summary/Abstract: Eugeniusz Górski has given us an enormous bridge in order to connect the reflection from Eastern Europe with Our America. In this text it is important to put attention to some of his favorite subjects: populism, mesianism, religion, search for originality in order to show two of his most important suggestions: not to avoid the need to compare both regions of the world and the necessity of philosophizing connecting and contrasting theoretical divergences and convergences with their antecedent background and underlying social conflicts.
