Summary/Abstract: The paper examines the historical authenticity of the first part of book K (1–8 K, 1065 a 26) of Aristotle’s Metaphysics. Natorp argues, that not only the second part of this book, what was generally acknowledged, should be considered as the result of the compilations and interpolations, but also the first part of it.
