Summary/Abstract: An integral part of the market economy is a family enterprise, the specificity of which is conditioned by the involvement of family members in conducting operations in a competitive market. This is due to the fact that family members have a significant influence on the functioning of the company, because there is no clear distinction between the company and the family. The subject of the study is the relationships that exist between the involvement of family members in the operation of family businesses and the financial results achieved by them.
