Public Goods as an Object of the Protection of Administrative Law

Summary/Abstract: The present paper is concentrated on the protection of public goods which is offered by the administrative law. The leading criterion of analysis of the normative background is a manner in which the public goods are enjoyed. In this way it is possible to enumerate the forms of the protection prescribed by the administrative law. Thus, the Authors divides the public goods for which the entitlement for common enjoyment arises upon the law and those where such an enjoyment is based upon the individual administrative law.
