Summary/Abstract: The aim of this article is to present the theory of creative organization and climate for creativity. Authors show how the work environment can increase creativity or reduce it. Article also shows how to measure creative working environment. The authors present the results of research conducted in one of the universities in Poznan concerning conditions conducive to creativity.
