Summary/Abstract: In the historiographical literature dealing with the resistance of Czech society to the communist regime in the 1970s and 1980s, there is still no adequate description of numerous and active underground subcultures, including the evaluation of its philosophical, social, (non) political and artistic origins and its social reach. This article tries to contribute to this.
