Summary/Abstract: Liberty was always the most important desire of a person. Humanity is formed around the idea that liberty is the fundamental value of a society. If people are not free, they cannot exist like human beings. On the other hand, liberty was always put on the same place with the constraints or with responsibility. We cannot imagine liberty without assuming the responsibility that comes with it. To be free means to be responsible.
