Summary/Abstract: The article shows various definitions of motivating. It points to challenges in the field of human resources management and shows changes in practices in the field of HRM. The aim of the article is to present the directions of changes in the area of human resources management and to show examples of diversity in the teams of employees. In addition, the author of the article suggests to develop incentive solutions that would be helpful in responding to the needs of diverse employees teams.
