USARB librarians at the "quality assurance" training in Crete, Greece

Summary/Abstract: The author reports on the participation of the SL USARB project team at the international training held at the University of Crete, Greece within the framework of the international project Library Network Support Services: modernising libraries in Armenia, Moldova and Belarus through library staff development and reforming libraries [LNSS]. The project is part of the Erasmus + "Capacity Building in Higher Education" program, funded by the European Commission. The training was focused on the training of librarians in the field of quality management.
