Summary/Abstract: The theoretical bases of research of financial resources and financial support of development of territorial communities are analyzed in the article. The mechanism of their financial support by sources of financial resources is considered. An assessment of current state of the formation of financial and budgetary resources of joint territorial communities and their subsidization was made. The impact on financing of the development of joint territorial communities by the State Fund for Regional Development was analyzed. The basic requirements for the formation of an effective system of financial support for the development of joint territorial communities are formulated.
