Summary/Abstract: Trust is one of the key factors affecting the attitude of employees towards their job and their behaviors. There is a research gap in the analysis of relationships between communication, leader-member exchange, and trust. The article presents the results of surveys explaining the relationship between communication, organizational trust and leader-member exchange. The survey research was conducted on a group of 135 employees of 62 common courts. Results of the research confirmed the existence of moderate or strong dependencies between all constructs, and also confirmed the impact of the communication system on the trust in the organization and the quality of communication with supervisor with LMX. The co-variance between the communication system and the quality of communication with the supervisor was also found.
