Security and its Core. Terminological Reflections

Summary/Abstract: Security is a social phenomenon and because of that it is frequently interpreted and has numerous definitions. In the author’s opinion it stems from the fact that security has a special place in everyone’s lives. Basically, everyone is interested in having a safe space and environment. A fewer number of views and terms apply to the substance of the security. The analysis of the literature shows the diversity of the concept of the perception of security and its substance, and indicates their dependence on many circumstances and contexts. The article shows the authorial perspective to research a specific semantic problem and description of view on security and its substance. The article presents also the findings in this regard.
