Summary/Abstract: The concept of media is nowadays common and well-known. The development of technology; which has been observed for decades, led to facilitate human communication. Communication has also an important place in society, says about him currently as a process of communication between units or groups of people, whose goal is the exchange of thoughts and knowledge as well as sharing of information and ideas. If an instance of a crisis situation appears, then appropriate action by the institutions of the Member States, in order to eliminate its consequences, is essential, therefore, and the media in this area are not free from activities due to its immense popularity, the diversity and universality of what nowadays play in the process of crisis management.
