Summary/Abstract: In the article we have discussed two symptoms of gender inequalities on the labor market: wage gap and discriminatory behavior of female bosses (queen of bees) towards other women. The aim of the empirical research was: • analysis of informatory context impact on declared wage expectations of women and men. In series of four studies the informatory context was controlled, based on which subjects formulated wage expectations and disclosure manner. The information resource about a potential workplace has diversified the level of declared wage expectations; • verifying whether female bosses treat differently subordinates of different gender also in the sphere of pro-development activities. In the study using the scenario method, no discriminatory behavior in this area was revealed. The summary indicates activities that can reduce the discussed inequalities on the labor market.
