Summary/Abstract: The article is devoted to the analysis of problem issues of objective evidence of the crime "Marine pollution". The article deals with the study of international legal acts concerning the prohibition of pollution of the sea and their use in qualifying the crime provided for in Art. 243 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
