Summary/Abstract: The conception of creating the cluster in Poland, which would provide the East with international logistic services, has been discussed. The cluster, which operates in a geographically defined way, has been presented. The description includes the following aspects: the conception of creating geographically defined logistic clusters and theoretic conditions for logistic clusters creation. The author has tried to present a way of creating and operating the Eastern cluster. Among the necessary logistic clusters, the one most needed is the Eastern cluster. The demand for such a cluster consist in the difficulties which are connected with running the logistic services in this region.
