Summary/Abstract: The article's objective is to analyze the appealability options with respect to the zoning documentation enactment process at the local level. The first part of the article discusses the appealability of provisions of the spatial development conditions and directions study, including when the provisions do not reflect the local zoning plans. In the second part, the article focuses on the appealability of the local zoning plans.
