Summary/Abstract: The abuse of rights is a particular legal mechanism that applies both in the area of substantive law and procedural law. This article is about the last aspect. It mentions that abuse of procedural rights can take place at all procedural stages - both in civil and criminal proceedings. The article makes a distinction between the misuse of procedural rights and other similar situations.
