Summary/Abstract: The commentary concerns the issue of the application of legal regulations regarding the change in the way of using a building object. As the Supreme Administrative Court states, when interpreting these provisions, one should weigh the interests related to the protection of values indicated in the construction law with the interests of the owner of the building object in which the change of use took place. Indeed, these regulations constitute interference in the ownership.
