Summary/Abstract: In scientific publications, especially in dissertations for an advanced degrees, SDL is treated as a valid theory of services. It is adopted uncritically, especially by inexperienced researchers; theory which establish and fix the almost “canonical” way of non-understanding of services. If we are actually dealing with theory, then from the position of popper’s corroboration, it is worth criticizing. This is the main intention of this paper.
