Summary/Abstract: The objective of the paper is to closer describe sports communication taking place in the environment of a kindergarten and bring partial characteristics of the kindergarten teacherʼs subregister. The study material comprises more than 5 hours of audio recording, capturing the speech of 10 teachers oriented at children aged 4-5. In the analysis we notice the way educational features are present in the process of education and enhancement of sport lexis of children. In particular we focus on so-called register lexical units.
