Summary/Abstract: The paperproposes an intrepretation of the famous novel The Master and Margarita, by MikhailBulgakov, as the confrontation between soul, reason and spirit. I sugest that the level ofsoul to be represented by Margarita, the level of reason has as its major character IvanNicolaevici Ponîrev, and the level of spirit can be ilustrated by the Master.
