Employer and employee’s dilemma. Is the mathematical model sufficient?

Summary/Abstract: The article describes the relations between the employer and the employee presented through the prism of The Game Theory. The aim is to investigate the employer and employee’s dilemma regarding the balance of individual benefits that cooperation or conflict brings to them in a one-off and long-term perspective. The study has a cognitive goal. It is based on analysis of selected literature on The Game Theory and conducted experiments and research, with particular take into account the prisoner’s dilemma. Describing individual strategies based on cooperation or conflict, the authors in the background of the game have placed a company that is a source of livelihood for both, the employer and the employee.
