Summary/Abstract: Is a dialogue between Yordan Radichkov’s play “Lazarica” and the Biblical story of Lazarus possible or impossible? Is the fact that it appears simultaneously with Emilian Stanev’s short story “Lazarus and Jesus” significant? Is it not the case that language (speech) is the real protagonist in Yordan Radichkov’s plays? Those are the main questions which the paper poses. Their answers provide grounds for a dialogue in which the inner voice of the reader is the most important.
