Summary/Abstract: The purpose of the article is to show how interactive methods can be applied in English language teaching/teaching foreign languages. Short information about interactive methods is given in the beginning. An answer to the question why it is necessary to use such methods is suggested. Communicative Language Teaching approach is commented briefly. An example is given of how interactive methods (group work/pair work) can be applied in teaching narrative tenses and conditional type 3 in English. The aim and the objectives of the lesson are commented and the conclusion from the observations made is shared.
