Summary/Abstract: The author brings the problems of children’s musical education closer. She thinks that it is the child’s life environment and cognitive functions of mental processes that play an important role in the processes of gaining music culture. She considers the functions of the music language in the context of various language functions as Picture by philologists, musicologists and music pedagogues. She defines the notion and features of the child’s musical language assuming that these are particular means of expression portraying his/her thoughts, gestures, movement and dance actions, as well as all possible types of activity the presentation requires. The musical language is an irreplaceable and relevant means of verbal expression about/in music.
