Summary/Abstract: The article explores the essence of intellectual property by treating it as the main intangible asset of the enterprise. The stages of creation of the industrial property sites, their industrial and commercial realization and their licensing are under analysis. A special place is further devoted to the process of managing intellectual property objects.
