Summary/Abstract: The publication contains scientifically grounded proposals and practical recommendations for the development of quality milk and dairy products market with the consideration of state support in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. The authors consider the market development concept of high-quality milk and dairy products in the region, the implementation of which as expected will increase the production volume and sales of high-quality milk and dairy products, improve the self-sufficiency of the region and the needs of the population in milk and dairy products. It will minimize adulterated products in the market, ensure the market positioning of local single brand products, and increase exports of dairy products, as well as improve profitability of agricultural producers, processors and trade organizations. All these improvements can be achieved not without the means of state support. Besides, the authors substantiate the subsidization methodology of the milk and dairy products market and define measures of state support for the milk and dairy products market development based on the proposed subprogram.
