SOCIAL AND LEGAL ESSENCE OF THE RIGHT TO WORTHY LIVING STANDARDS: MODERN HALF-COURSES AND PROSPECTS

Summary/Abstract: In article the social and legal essence of the right to worthy living standards is investigated: modern half-courses and prospects. According to the researcher, the right to worthy living standards acts as komplesny institute of some legal spheres of the public relations defining standards of legal regulation in the social sphere. Therefore it can be implemented by means of the norms having various otroslovy accessory. For ensuring logicality, the author suggests to enshrine in the existing labor law and the legislation on a social assistance "the social standard obespechiayushchy worthy living standards" as one of the main signs of the minimum compensation.
