Summary/Abstract: Through this study data analysis and document review method, its local mouth properties were examined in order to recognize and recognize Kağızmanlı Aşık Hıfzî in the 100th year of death. The word "bala" in the poem owl is used in the sense of the son in general and used in the "very loved one". Again, the word "branch" in the same poem refers to "back, back" and is widely used in Kars region. In the poetry of flowers, the words "domurcuk, mynine and geyinmiş" are the words used in this region with the influence of Azerbaijani Turkic in the same way. Both morphologically and phonetically, local words have been identified and explained. Kağızmanlı Aşık This study, which was made in order to better understand the reasons of preference of words of Hıfzı, the depth of meaning, the world of emotion and thought, only covers the words preferred by local people.
