Summary/Abstract: Income inequality in the world has become an unresolved problem. This has nothing to do with the level of development of countries. In every economy has an income justice problem. The most basic indicator of this is poverty statistics. Social assistance organizations use public resources in financial terms. Country also planned to benefit from the social assistance system for own people. Social benefits in public expenditures are transfer expenditures. Transfer expenditures are a public expenditure. They are also included in the sources used within the international assistance system. Social assistance and social security is the social state policy of each country. The world economy and social assistance is growing.
